What is coaching?
Coaching in a nutshell is the process of unlocking the potential in individuals or teams in order to achieve concrete results whether it's business or life issues.
Coaching centres in , identifying goals, removing obstacles, generating options, planning action, and actioning the plan. By highlighting successes and learning from mistakes, the process brings about a new level of personal effectiveness
What can it do for me?
Coaching gets results.
By focusing attention on your issue and being coached through it, you achieve what is important to you.
Coaching focuses on what is going on in your life now and helps you get clear on what you truly want, set up goals and set up an action plan to achieve them.
Coaching is supportive and encouraging.
Why is coaching cost effective?
The cost of coaching can be compared to everyday pleasures such as:
- A round of golf
- A visit to the hairdresser
- Having a massage
- Eating out
- Or any other number of luxury items
By committing yourself to coaching you invest in your life and your future. This is something you can't afford to miss any longer!

"Is where I am now the same place where I want to be in 5 years time?"

How many sessions will I need ?
Normally 12 sessions are recommended, as it has been noted the most powerful changes are experienced over a 90 - 180 day period.
However, the initial agreement can be for six, nine or 12 sessions and add on sessions agreed to suit your needs.
What is NLP?
NLP is the study of how language has effect on our thoughts, then emotions, then our actions and behaviours. NLP uses a set of skills that help us lead our lives much more effectively that we are already doing because we do so by choosing our desired behaviour consciously.
As Richard Bandler said in one of his books "NLP gives us Freedom".
Freedom from a pattern of thoughts and behaviours that we have accumulated over the years, which we have absorbed at school, with friends, parents, community but which we haven't thought about consciously asking ourselves if they support what we want to do or who we want to be.
NLP with it's set of techniques and tools will help us:
- utilize the "pause" button and reflect on what our desires
- create the sets of thoughts and behaviours that most suits us
- in having the relationships we desire
- in improving our Communication so that we are able to communicate more effectively
- in mantaining our focus and motivation
- in RESPONDING to our emotions instead of REACTING
in essence in becoming more SUCCESSFUL that we already are in our lives and in our career/business
